Welcome to the new website for Jodie Chalk Racing
This year we intend to compete in the Thundersport GB Superstock 600 Championships. You will see by the race schedule we are going to have a really busy season in front if us.
All of the Thundersport rounds are being televised on the Motors TV channel (I will give you a wave) apart from watching me, all of our sponsors will get coverage too. We will also be attending selected Scottish rounds and the very prestigious Melville 600 Superstock Championships.
The team consists of “me” Jodie Chalk (rider), my dad Garfield (the tech guru) , Marsha Fraser (race day logistics & support), and Lisa Foster (Blackbird Corporate) Marketing, Media and Promotions.
Our aim this year is to start racking up the points. We have two great bikes, Triumph 675s which we used last year so aim to put to good use all the experience we gained from the last season.
Our long term aim is to get into the European 600 Superstock Championships, then who knows where…..MOTO2…..MOTO GP…..World domination Ha Ha (Sorry, did that come out loud)
We promise to try and keep all of you up to speed (excuse the pun) with regular updates on our progress as the season unfolds. We would love to see you at any of our races, so why not pop in and say `Hello’ (everyone’s welcome).
Take care and see you soon…Bye from Jodie and The Team xx

Gordon Thomson (Previous Team manager for John MacDonald)
Over the last two or three years I have watched with great interest, the progress of Jodie Chalk in motorcycle racing circles.
I have been a good friend of her father, Garfield Chalk for over thirty years now. He confided in me that he was none to keen on his daughter wanting to race but he both supported and nurtured her ambition and talent.
I myself have raced at British Championship level and I am well aware of the necessary determination and commitment needed to succeed and have been team manager to many Scottish Championships and winning riders.
I have witnessed many of the ingredients in Jodie that a great rider needs, she has talent of course, but also grit , a will to succeed and interpersonal skills that have allowed her to absorb the advice and experiences of the people that she has around her. All the more impressive from not having come through the Junior ranks of motocross or mini-motos.
With guidance and good support I feel Jodie could make it all the way and can of course count on my support and advice anytime.
All the best to Jodie and the team _________________________________________________________________________________________________________
John Macdonald (Six times Scottish motorcycle racing champion)
To become a succesfull sportsperson you need to posses the complete package, talent, determination, media skills, and of course the right support and some luck!
I have watched Jodie Chalk come on leaps and bounds racing motorcycles, these last few seasons, learning her sport and developing her skills, she has surrounded herself with people who also have the same goals.
Jodies riding style is exciting and her approach to her racing refreshing. With good support, combined with her talent and determination I feel Jodie can be a real star in this male dominated sport.
This all helps to make Jodie Chalk very marketable indeed.
